This project involved the bespoke design, manufacture, and installation of automated garage door systems that combined advanced functionality with a contemporary soft industrial aesthetic. Every element was carefully considered to deliver a high-quality finish while maintaining exceptional performance and safety.
Each garage door was equipped with a fully automated operating system and state-of-the-art laser curtain safety devices to provide reliable, user-friendly operation and enhanced protection. Cable containment was thoughtfully integrated throughout the installation, ensuring a clean, uncluttered appearance that complemented the architectural design.
To achieve a precise installation, motor mounting brackets were individually measured for each door opening before being CNC cut to ensure an accurate fit. The bespoke brackets were then powder coated in the client's specified RAL colour, creating a durable, high-quality finish that seamlessly integrated with the overall design concept.
The completed installation demonstrates the successful integration of bespoke fabrication, precision engineering, and thoughtful design detailing to deliver a practical solution without compromising the project's architectural vision.
