This project involved the design and installation of a bespoke automated entrance.
Groundworks were undertaken to prepare the driveway, including the installation of all required ducting, drainage soakaway, and post foundations. Pre-finished steel gate posts were installed in the clients chosen RAL colour, providing a refined structural framework for the entrance.
Custom hinge profiles were developed in-house, drawn and CNC plasma cut to achieve a shaped swept-top detail. These were paired with bespoke hardwood swept-top boarded gates, complemented by carefully constructed hardwood panel infills to centralise and balance the overall composition.
A heavy-duty underground automation system was installed to ensure reliable, unobtrusive operation, supported by discreetly excavated ducting to an outbuilding to accommodate network cabling. Energy efficient lighting was integrated to enhance both the safety and visual impacts.
The driveway was finished with Mortimer flint, chosen to compliment the setting, before the system was fully tested and commissioned to deliver a robust, elegant and seamlessly functioning entrance.
