Commissioned by Ultra-Vision Fire & Security, we delivered the design and installation of a comprehensive traffic management and access control system for a prestigious new hotel development in Broadway.
The main entrance was equipped with a RISE Spartacus bollard system, integrated with an IP intercom access and a discreet LED traffic light system to ensure controlled and secure vehicle entry.
Beninca EVA-7 barrier systems were installed at the main site car park as well as at George Apartments in Broadway, to manage vehicular flow efficiently while maintaining a refined arrival entrance. Both barrier systems were fitted with BEA LZR H100 sensors and vehicle safety loops to provide advanced non-contact safety detection and reliable operation.
The completed installation delivers secure, controlled access tailored to a high end hospitality environment, balancing operational efficiency with guest experience.

Prior to installation, we were given multiple options and prices for each of the three car park barriers we needed, and the pros and cons of all of them were thoroughly explained. Installation was completed without hassle and well in advance of the rest of the project’s completion.
After the business opened, KP Gates installed an additional traffic light for us at our request, and this was completed without any disruption to our business.
Throughout the whole project, communication was excellent and all work was completed on schedule. The after care and support once we went live was exemplary.
