A bespoke automated gate and driveway enhancement designed to improve security and future-proof a rural private residence. The project involved excavating a 150-metre trench through paddocks, gardens, and a stream to deliver power to the gate location, enabling a fully integrated automation system.
The front apron was resurfaced with fresh tarmac and carefully adjusted granite setts to create a level and welcoming entrance. Custom CAD-designed hinges and drive shoes were CNC-fabricated to support handcrafted iroko vertical-bar gates, mounted on stainless-steel underground foundation casings.
