When originally looking at electric gate replacement, Kevin was recommended to us as being the consummate professional. Not only can I confirm that, but much more.

We started out not knowing what we wanted or needed beyond a replacement gate system. Step in Kevin, who offered gentle guidance during the original consultation, made suggestions on the size and type of gate, had drawings made for us so that we could see what it would look like, recommended how the gates would be controlled and the comms system. All with endless patience and no pressure.

The installation process was seamless, Kevin liaised with the waller, ground workers and electricians every step of the way, always keeping us fully informed so that the installation went perfectly.

Once installed, the commissioning of the gates was again made so easy. Kevin and his team patiently explained and demonstrated how all parts of the system worked and set up the operation of the gates to our requirements.

And it doesn’t stop there, Kevin has been in contact a number of times since the installation, just checking that all is in order.

From start to finish it has been the most exceptional service with such friendly people and I would fully recommend them.

Prior to installation, we were given multiple options and prices for each of the three car park barriers we needed, and the pros and cons of all of them were thoroughly explained. Installation was completed without hassle and well in advance of the rest of the project’s completion.
